how to remove the mail box from Microsoft OUTLOOK
Hi
I had added my mail box to microsoft outlook and then removed it from tool>services>and exchange server properties>advance
as i have removed mail box from there but its still showing the mail box in microsoft outlook as even its not added in exchange properties.
can some one help how i can remove it.

i have removed the file and its not showing on to the control panel but oin outlook it still come up. thats the wired thing which i dont understand, i have done already what ever instructed here.

If you delete the profile(s) from control panel/mail - then there is nothing configured for it to work - if you create a new profile, it must be configured first before it can access your mail. Need more detail of what you are seeing here...

well i know all this what you have explain thanks for that, what is happening here is
I logon as ADMINISTRATOR
and i add two different accounts
1. Ammar Tahir
2 Tom chapman
now what happen here is i removed my account which is Ammar Tahir from the EXCHANGE SERVER properties (which you say profile) it shows that it is been removed as nothing is there but when i open the outlook my mailbox is still showing there (Ammar Tahir).
i tried to remove all the mail boxes and then when i add Tom chapman back it bring ups my mail box which is Ammar Tahir as well.
then
i uninstalled the outlook and reinstalled it but same problem.
i know this is quite wired but i could solve this issue.
i hope this explain, if you give me your email address i can send you the screen shots.
