msm bios driver

Hi I have an ECS K7SEM ver 1.1e motherboard and award modular bios v 6.00 PG my problem is everytime I boot up my computer  it keeps on freezing,I went to device manager and I saw a yellow exclamation mark next to microsoft system management bios driver I right click and open the properties and check the driver and it said the driver was not digitally signed or missing.I dont have a CD for this kind of motherboard.please help

More than likely I would think it could be a hardware issue.  A basic one that would cause your pc to freeze up would be your processor is overheating.   You might want to check your heatsync to make sure it is seated against the processor first.

The motherboard manufacturer should have drivers on their website.  This is the only way you will be able to download drivers.
