Excel charts in ASP.NET pages written in VB.NET

I'd like to use Excel charts that are based off of a datagrid in my ASP pages.  I know I can use Excel to graph data in my pages, I just don't know how!  The pages sit on a server with Office 2003 installed.  Everything is being written in ASP.NET and VB.NET for the code behind.  Also, is there any way to have these graphs displayed in an image format so that an end user can save the graphic?  Is there any way for the end-user to download the graph in Excel format?  Thank you in advance.

Where do I download Reporting Services?
You have to use a p2p program to download it like emule. In the microsoft page the only download disponible is the service pack 2 not the reporting services itself. Anyway its not piracty because reporting services uses the same license that sql server.
