brinkster hotmail and yahoo

I am trying to send my clients an html newsletter using "aspMail" (3rd party component)  hosted on a brinkster account.  When my clients try to view the message in a yahoo or hotmail web interface the message does not display. They just get a blank white message box. However when they view it using outlook express it displays fine (i.e. click the bar to display images)

I am assuming there is some spam blocking issue involved.  Is there someting that i can do to have the image and text content displayed in the interface?  I did try adding the email address to the address book and safe list.  Stil didn't work.  The following is sent via ASp mail.

"**** Top part of the html message *****
      vTop = "<html><head><title>Restaurant</title><meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=iso-8859-1'>" &_
            "<script language='JavaScript'><!--function MM_reloadPage(init) {  //reloads the window if Nav4 resized" &_
              "if (init==true) with (navigator) {if ((appName=='Netscape')&&(parseInt(appVersion)==4)) {" &_
          "document.MM_pgW=innerWidth; document.MM_pgH=innerHeight; onresize=MM_reloadPage; }}" &_
              "else if (innerWidth!=document.MM_pgW || innerHeight!=document.MM_pgH) location.reload();" &_
            "}" &_
            "MM_reloadPage(true);" &_
"</script>" &_
"<link rel='stylesheet' href='' type='text/css'>" &_
"</head><body bgcolor='282863' text='#000000' leftmargin='0' topmargin='0' marginwidth='0' marginheight='0'>" &_
"<table width='273' align='center' height='20'><tr valign='top'>" &_
"<td height='22'><a href='../index.htm'><img src='' width='235' height='58' border='0'></a><img src='' width='459' height='58'></td>" &_
"</tr></table><table width='273' align='center' height='8'><tr valign='top'>" &_
"<td height='79' background=''>" &_
"<div align='right'><p align='left' class='margin'><br><span class='txtMenuBigBlue'>"
"**** Text part of the html message *****

vLetter = "Blah blah blah"
      "**** Bottom part of the html message *****
      vBottom = "</span></p></div></td></tr><tr valign='top'><td height='9'>" &_
    "<div align='center'><img src='' width='690' height='23'></div>" &_
    "</td></tr></table>" &_
      "<div id='Layer1' style='position:relative; top:50px; left:50px; width:695px; height:75px; z-index:3; overflow: hidden; clip: rect(0 125 224 0); visibility: visible;' ></div>" &_

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Remove all script from the HTML as none of the clients would use it. That might make a difference.
