Can't close form

Why is this happening?
I have from2 that is called from form1. When I try to close form2,     Me.Close()
I get this:
An unhandled exception of type 'System.ObjectDisposedException' occurred in system.windows.forms.dll

Additional information: Cannot access a disposed object named "Form2".

This is from form1:
Private Sub btnReport_Click
      ......
      Dim f2 As New Form2(prtName, prtNameInkJ)
      f2.Show()

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
