"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't know if you can assign a shortcut key to minimize all windows. Read the documentation for KDE, it might help you there. Also check the kde homepage.

http://kde.org

By rightclicking on the app you want a shortcut for, you can edit the properties and then you can also assign it the key you want.

You can turn off the single click (which I prefer to the double click), Open the Control Center, then select Peripherals, then mouse, and there under the general tab you can select between double and single click.

1) run "kcontrol"
2) in Regional & Accessiblity ---> keyboard Shortcuts
and
2)  in Regional & Accessiblity ---->kHotKeys
you can configure anythings !

Actually both answers have answered my question, and I only can select one for the accept answer, so I base on the sequence of reply, but I allocate the mark equally.
Thanks:)
