Can I have Multiple fonts per formula in crystal reports?

Can I have Multiple fonts per formula in crystal reports?

The problem is that I have this formua:
"Member #:  "+ToText (Truncate ({Customer.ScanID}),0)+"  " +NumberToCode39 ({Customer.ScanID},0 )

AND I need to use a Barcode font for NumberToCode39 ({Customer.ScanID},0 ) BUT regular Arial font for the rest.

The reason is that I want to use the format field properties to center the entire formula... so if you can think of another way to do this please let me know.

No you cannot.

However, you can do the following.

Create a formula - MemberNum
"Member #:  "+ToText (Truncate ({Customer.ScanID}),0)+"  "

Create another formula - MyBarcode
NumberToCode39 ({Customer.ScanID},0 )

Add a textbox to the report where you want this information.
Drag MemberNum into the textbox
Drag MyBarcode into the textbox.

They can now be formatted separately but will still look like a single formula on the report.

It took me a minute to figure out that once you drop the item in the textbox you have to double click on the textbox before you can select the formula inside it and then right click it to get its font properties and not the properties of the combined textbox.

Thanks again!

Thanks for that info.  I haven't used the tip since I learned it here and didn't know how to access the individual pieces.  I'll include that next time.
