Greetings all. I was infected with a nasty program called Spy Sherrif that took me a while to remove. It changed my background to a dark blue. Now that I have finally removed it, I am not able to change my wallpaper at all. It seems to be set to a new entry called simply &quot;Desktop&quot;. While my system is booting, my old background appears. It also shows up when shutting down. When I try to change my background, I am unable to select anything in the selection box. Also, the controls for the backlground (Tile, stretch, etc) are all greyed out. I am at my wits end, having tried anything that I could... please help. Lots of points for what I hope is an easy problem. Thanks.

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers. It is the successor to Windows NT 4.0, and is the last version of Microsoft Windows to display the "Windows NT" designation.
