Hi,
Notice please that I have mentioned in my question that I tried everything suggested on the Web including Experts-Exchange. (regsvr32 msxml*.dll) but nothing works.
So I did what you suggest first... and you have found it on the «Experts-Exchange» web site.
Another suggestion please!

Marcheblanc,
If the above does not work,
Go directly the Windows Update site
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
Clear your cache. Delete all temporary internet files and cookies. Make sure your system time and date is correct.
Windows Update Trouble Shooter

Alternative way to download Windows and other updates. Use Bigfix.

Hi Kweinzer,
Bingo. You are perfectly right and you have the points.
I did exactly what you suggest and «windows works».
It surely was a Malware and I took care of it.
Thanks for your prompt answer! I submit this comment and accept your answer after.
