I just started to read the Cisco documentations, but need some help for some general questions.

I have 2 networks in 2 different places, one of them has win2k3 server with share network drives. Both uses Cisco pix 506E firewall Version 6.3(3) and I want to configure the 2 networks so that people in the network2 can access the share in network1 (the windows server).
What would be the suitable method that would allow that?
If that is possible? Then if I give some vpn access to one network, will the user be able to see the resources of the other network?
Can the vpn be a group access? In other words set the same userName and password and give it to couple of people and they can logon at the same time?
Finally, I connected through a console to the pix and typed "enable". Am I in a privilege mode that allow me to change the user name and password for the pdm and how?
