vb.net center screen form contents

I have an mdi application which opens up in full screen. the mdi child forms are about 300 x 300 and appear at the center of the screen. But if the mdi child is maximized the contents go to the top left of the screen. is it possible to center the CONTENTS OF THE MDI CHILD no matter what the size of the window.
