I am learning how to use JSP tag and copy the sample codes from java.sun.com

Notes I am using Oracle JDeveloper10g to build the jsp page and tld files.
WHen I compile my jsp page i got the following error.


Error(12,26): method releaseTagHandler(javax.servlet.jsp.PageContext, tags.HelloTag) not found in class oracle.jsp.runtime.OracleJspRuntime
