How do I execute a file designated by a URL with CMD, specifically a URL of a Java jar file?
THe following command:
cmd /C jar:file:/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/me/My%20Documents/teste.jar!/lame.exe
returns "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

Thanks in advance!
