I need to forward all emails coming to one of my users to an external email account (not part of my organization.) I had this setup by creating a contact for the external email address and forwarding to that- but all of the emails still sit in the user's organizational email account. How can I set this up so they are just forwarded and not retained here? BTW- Using Exchange Server 2003 SP1...
