Outlook 2002 Name Suggestions Auto Complete Help!
Hello Experts I have the option enabled in Outlook 2002 where when entering the address of the email recepient, I type the first 3 characters of a person's email address and then Outlook automatically shows me 2, 3 or 4 different email addresses of people that I have already email in the past. I simply just click the name of the person that I want to email and that is it. This is great feature because I do not have to type the person's entire email address.
What if when i enter the 3 first letter of the receipeints email address and I see my 3 different options, one or 2 of them is wrong or no longer exists?? IS there a way to delete some of the email addresses that popup automatically when I enter the first 3 letter od the receipients email address????, Please help me...Thank You
