I have a report, and it includes the following two fields:

Car | Race Start Position | Actual Position
  17            1                        1
  12            2                        2
  19            3                        5
  16            4                        3
  11            5                        4

Now, to help race control I want to let them know if there is a change.  You see, cars are not allowed to advance position until after they cross the start/finish line.

In the example above, Car 19 obviously passed two cars (16 and 11) before crossing the start/finish line.

I'd like to have one field added (it will actually be two combined into one) that will display if there was a change, and if so how many positions, like below:

Car | Race Start Position | Actual Position | Change
  17            1                        1                     Same
  12            2                        2                     Same
  19            3                        5                     up arrow 2
  16            4                        3                     down arrow 1
  11            5                        4                     down arrow 1

Instead of down arrow, I'd like to have a symbol of a down arrow, and instead of an up arrow, I'd like to have a symbol of a up arrow.

The position change number is easy, (Actual Position) minus (Race Start Position), but how do I include the up or down arrow?  Is it a graphic or an ascii character?  If it's a graphic, how do I put that in the report?

Thanks in advance!
