HP A230N underpowered for video card upgrade
I have a client who has an HP A230N desktop and they tried to add a 128 MB Nvidia AGP card and the computer choked. Is there a way to upgrade the PSU for that computer.
I wasn’t sure if it's like some of the Dell's that have fake ATX units (Dimension 8100 and Optiplex GX110 come to mind) which ends up being a booby trap if you try to put in an off the shelf ATX without doing some modifications.
I believe the Nvidia card needs at least a 300W PSU. The 230N has a 250 Watt..
Any good web links where I can upgrade the PSU would be good.

What model line is it? Pavillion? is it one of the tiny low-profile ones? If it is one of the small ones, you might have a problem finding a PSU that will fit.
