Changing Partition Size

I created two partitions to make a Windows 2003 server installation, but looks like I've made the partition with the OS on it (C:) too small. It forgot to leave enough room for that anti-virus software, so after I installed this, everythiung works ok, but I'm getting warnings that I'm low on disk space.

Is it possible to increase the size of C: and reduce the size of D: without losing any information? I know Partition Magic doesn't work with 2003 server.
