I wish to know if there is any way of using a USB storage drive (Pen Drive or others) on Windows XP  (with SP2) without having admin rights, under the following limitations/conditions:

1) The Plug and Play option is disabled in the BIOS (The main problem!!!)
2) However, the USB drive is enabled in the BIOS (Thankfully)
3) Since there are no admin rights, there is no access to Device Manager, Add Hardware, etc.

Is there any way to get the computer to detect the USB drive and transfer files? Please remember the limitation of not having any admin rights!
