A default ISA server don't have any sites blocked. If a site is blocked with the ISA server, the rule is set by a system administrator. So if a site is blocked, there's a reason for it. On ISA 2004 you can use the Management Console and access the monitoring tab. Here you can define your own criteria for searching the log files. It can either be a Live state or a historical query.<br />

You should be able to clearly see why a site has been blocked as well as the asscociated rule that blocked it.<br />
