After installing Slackware 10.1 on a plain vanilla machine and using the default kernel, executables such as the "more" utility throw the error "error while loading shared libraries:  Cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Error 14."

I've attempted the install twice - definatly from a fresh install on a newly formatted drive.

I was able to put Slackware 10.1 on another older machine without issue-- so I wonder if the newer hardware requires something special.

What is the exact meaning of "Error 14"?
