VB2003 Windows Form KeyPress event handler not firing (Part II)

Rats. I thought this would work.

Now I need to find a way to disable this function when the keypress is sent from a textbox (the only one on the form....)

Or do I have to go back to the OnKeyPress event handlers for every control on the form (except the text box)?
