When I send an HTML email with an image embedded in the body, I want to save a copy of the image to a folder using VBA. I tried it with the following code:

Set atts = Item.Attachments
If (atts.Count > 0) Then
    For Each attch In Item.Attachments
        attch.SaveAsFile "C:\" & attch
    Next
End If

The code works well for regular attachments, but not for inline images. I get the error "Cannot save the attachment. Cannot add the attachment; no data source was provided."

Any suggestions?
