Hello

I am unsure how to write a regular expression that I need.

I have to analyse strings of about 50 characters. I need to find those strings that contain a certain set of characters, for example, "XYZ" but not strings that contain "xyz" and another set of characters "abc". The "abc" part if it is present in the string is always before the "xyz". These character strings always have the same format "xyz" and "abc"

I did not know how to do the not "abc" part. Here was my idea:

.*(^(abc)).*xyz.*

Thanks for your help
