Small Business Server 2003 - Can See Email Through OWA But Cannot Access Through Outlook Client
Built a SBS 2003 server. Added 5 users (5 user license). Four of the users can access their e-mail through an Outlook 2003 client. The fith user can only access e-mail through OWA. When trying to create an Outlook profile for this user, the user name will not resolve.
All assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The account is new so she has no e-mail at this time. Do I need to create a new account using a different alias or can I use the same alias again? I ask because I have already deleted and re-acreted her account several times. each time, I have also deleted her mailbox as well. This has not seemed to have an affect. Each time I re-create her, she can access the mailbox via OWA but I cannot add it to her Outlook profile. This is so very strange.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I have found the answer. called Microsoft Tech Support. Don't know why - but I had to Rebuild the Offline Address Book. Once I did that, everything was working fine. I understand the solution - just don't know how the OAB got corrupted.
