I did a search to avoid asking what's probably been asked before. &nbsp;Don't know why, but the search hangs. &nbsp;So here goes.<br />

I need to roll back SP4 to the previous version (SP3a). &nbsp;I have never had to do that before. &nbsp;How do I do that? &nbsp;Is it easier to just re-install?<br />
