For the print spooler:
Note: Make sure the drive you move the spooler to has sufficient disk space to handle all
printing requests of all clients on the network.

1. Click Start.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Click Printers.
4. Click File.
5. Click Server Properties.
6. Click the Advanced Tab.
7. Type the name of the new directory in the spool folder dialog box.
8. Click ok

For the page file:
Moving the swap file to a secondary hardisk only has benefit if your hard drives are on separate controllers. Ie. The Primary hard disk is the master on IDE1 and the secondary hard drive is the primary master on IDE2. As a general rule set the swap file size to 2.5 times your current ram size.

Go to Start Menu\Settings\Control Panel\System\ Advanced\Performance Options and under virtual memory click change and place your swap file on your secondary hard drive. Remember to set the swap file to zero on the primary drive. Reboot to take effect.
