Is it possible to create the main user identity with admin privledges to use for maintenance but also log on other times as another user that you create that has no privledges at all to execute anything except designated programs on an XPproSP3ntfs System??

Hello, I am wondering if i could create a Quarantine Folder that's not related to any AntiVirus software.<br />

Question: How do i create a quarantine folder? Either via programming or configuration means.<br />

Reason: I want to create a quarantine folder where people i collaborate with can dump files into it on my workstation. I would then scan these files with AV before retrieving or decompressing them.<br />
