Say I am hosting an Exchange server in US for mydomain.com. <br />
I would like to host an additional domain, mydomain.co.uk, which has users based in london. And I would want them to be able to use MS Outlook clients to access their mails.<br />

What would be the best implementation so that they experience the least amount of latency whilst backup etc can be performed locally in the US site?<br />
