Print Queue does not print in color

I configured a Standard TCP/IP print queue on our Windows 2003 STD SP1 with a Tektronix Phaser 860N by Xerox PS printer driver.  When I print the test page from the server or the client it prints in Black and White (The Phaser 860 is a color printer).  

When I configure the same driver on my laptop printing directly to the printer (bypassing the print queue) it prints in color.

I have configured other non tek phaser 860 color printers and it works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions?
