Need a picture of the standard arrow cursor to add to a document

I am creating some user instructions for our software package.  I would like to be able to add a picture of the arrow cursor to some of the graphics to make it clear where the user should click.  Seems like a simple task, but I haven't been able to find a way to do it.  Can anyone tell me how?

what is your image editing software?
if your using word or something you could use the line function with arrows on the end for the same effect.

or if you have photoshop or something its even much easier than that
SnagIt will capture it for you.  Expensive option for just this, but there is an eval download, and you may be tempted by some of the other features.

Thanks for all the suggestions.  I am creating a Word document and I need to superimpose the picture of the cursor on top of the screen picture.

As suggested by ecszone, I have tried all the arrow options I can find in Word shapes and even in all the various font special characters and can't find anything that suggests a cursor image.  Am I missing something?

I copied the image as suggested by uKER and jfolliot however I am getting a small white background around it.  I am able to place the image where I want it, but with the white background, it doesn't look right.  I can make the background transparent in Paint Shop Pro, but Word doesn't like a pps image, and when I try to save it as another type, I lose the transparent background.

Golly, how can something that seems so simple be so hard?

I can't justify buying expensive software for this, moorhouselondon.

Can you tell me more about the option you suggested, war1?  I am leery of downloads.  Have you found this to be a reliable site?  Is there a charge for the downloads?

The download site is fine. But it does cost to use the download program.
>>>I am creating a Word document <<<

I am assuming you are using MS word (sorry there are a lot of people who use "word" but are actually using another program, just want to be sure).  If you are, you can:

right click on the picture
go to format picture
go to layout tab
then set to "behind text"

then, you can right click on the picture (arrow)
bring it all the way to the front
the send one layer back

I'm working on getting the jpg with a transparent background
This seems to be harder than I thought it would be, so I'm increasing the points.

My boss thought a former employee was able to capture the image of the cursor together with the image of the screen using Print Screen.  Has anyone ever heard of that?
That former employee was probably choosing a picture of the mouse pointer from somewhere, such as Control Panel, Mouse.  In there is an option to select your mouse pointer for various operations.  Copy one of those as it is just an image.  This can be done using one of the above techniques.  The image is a faithful copy of the mouse pointer.
