Okay this is tricky. I have a large chunk of HTML and need to find all occurances of 15 or more consecutive non-space characters that are not HTML tag attributes, and add a space to the end each match.

Example:
a href="https://www.experts-exchange.com">best_information_technology_forum</a

The regex would match: best_informati  AND  on_technology_f
but not on: href="http://ww

and it would place a spaces like so:
a href="https://www.experts-exchange.com">best_informati[space]on_technology_f[space]orum</a

Sound possible?
