I unknowingly increased my outlook 2000 .pst file to slightly over 2 gigs. Outlook 2000 failed to open any of my folders and contacts. All my 1774 contacts in my Ipaq were deleted also. I used 'pst2gig.exe' to reduce the size of my .pst file and 'scanpst.exe' to fix any errors and imported this reduced .pst file into Outlook 2000 but the results were not acceptable as all my contacts were erased and most of my folders were empty.  I bought outlook 2003 that has a 20 gig .pst limit. and had the same problem.  How do I convert my Outlook 2000 .pst 'ansi' file to a 'unicode' file that 2003 can read?   I have 4 years of data that I need to get back.  HELP.  The max points are 500 but this is worth 2000. Thank fotr your help.....Nick
