I am using the folowing Cod eto initialise a listctrl in a CFormView MDI App
      long lWinStyle = GetWindowLong(m_Items.GetSafeHwnd(), GWL_STYLE);
      lWinStyle +=  LVS_REPORT;
      lWinStyle +=  LVS_SINGLESEL;
      lWinStyle +=  LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS ;
      SetWindowLong (m_Items.GetSafeHwnd(), GWL_STYLE, lWinStyle);

and  am using the following code to populate a listCtrl.
LVITEM        stItem = {0};

stItem.pszText = pTmp->szBarCode;
stItem.lParam = (LPARAM)pTmp;
stItem.iItem = m_Items.GetItemCount();
stItem.iSubItem = 0;
stItem.mask = LVIF_TEXT + LVIF_PARAM;
X = m_Items.InsertItem(&stItem);

In the RC editor, the sort property of the list is set to false.

What I do not understand is why these items are sorted in the list. I do not want a sorted list.

Any ideas /answers
