When trying to copy files from My Documents to a USB Thumb drive, my user is getting the following error message, "cannot copy <filename>.  Directory or file cannot be created."  If the file is deleted, the copy process contines until the next file with a probelm.  The user is afraid they will end up deleting all their files, which is not an option.  Why is this happening?

Windows XP, most files are Excel 2000.
