Is there a limit to the number of trunk ports on a Cisco 2950 switch?

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
 switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,2,4,6
 switchport mode trunk

THis is th command I use to creat a trunk port on interface fa0/3  and it worked fine.  This trunk port is connected a Cisco Ap1200 for wireless connections.

I now want to set interface fa0/1 to a trunk port on the same 2950 switch for an additional Cisco Ap1200.  The problem is when I do a: 'sh int trunk' I see the following ports" Fa0/3 and Gi0/1   Fa0/3 was created by myselft.  Gi0/1 is a copper link that attaches to a Cisco 3750 switch.  Why do I not see fa0/1??????

I used the same coomand as above on fa0/1 but I can not see it.  and of corse the switch does not work correctly.  I tried to plug the Cisco AP 1200 ethernet into the port fa0/1 but NO link light comes on at all.

Please advise.
