Writing a filename to the begining of each line in a file

Hello,

For a given set of files, how would I write a
KSH script to take the filename for each file, and
put it at the beginning of each line in that file?

Is it possible to do it one-line?

What about if I just wanted to put the filename in as a header in the file?
