I'm using the query below...and it works fine...but I ran into a slight snag today...
There sometimes occurs a need to get the email address of the Manager found.  I could do it if I could rerun another query with the ID found in ManagerID field (Select WorkEmail From tbl_Employee WHERE EmpID=....ManagerID from previous query)... how can I do this, or can i?

SELECT EmpID, LogDate, ManagerID, WorkEmail, tbl_Log.FileID FROM tbl_Log, tbl_Data, tbl_Employee WHERE tbl_Log.fID=tbl_Data.fID And tbl_Employee.ID=mid(EmpID,2) And LogDate Between #8/1/2005# And #8/31/2005# AND EmpID='" & Mid(strFile, 1, 7) & "'" & " GROUP BY EmpID, fID, LogDate, ManagerID, WorkEmail, tbl_Log.fID
