pop up Menu - position different on ie & safari HELP!

I working with Dreamweaver and adding a popup menu - looked great in Safari but the positioning is completely different in Internet Explorer... Anything I can do about it???!!!

Given all of the other problems I've had with *#!@* Flash, this question turned out to be minor... I think it Explorer on the mac that causes the problem... So if you'll listen to me vent for a few sentences please take the points for even offering to help.....

Flash is the most poorly documented.... inconsistent freaking software I've ever come across.  Yeah it can do a lot of cool stuff in an amazingly small amount of bandwidth but as far as I'm concerned it sux. ESPECIALLY the components!  Out of the box they're fine, but customizing is an unnecessary nightmare.  

The more I write the angrier I get.... enough!!!
