Send Window to Second Monitor

On my old nVidia card, the driver set came with a mini-app called "nView", which among other things would allow me to send a window/application from one monitor to another using Ctrl+1 and Ctrl+2 hot keys. Now that I have an ATI card I don't have nView. So, how can I send a window or application to the other monitor using a keyboard shortcut.

I am able to program a little bit, and have access to Visual Studio 6 and .Net 2003, if need be. Thanks!

You basically want a Desktop Manager - you could try the XP Power toy "Virtual Desktop manager"
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Or you could try other shareware:

There are probably others as well, but this is the only one I could find quickly.

Incorrect. I don't want to pretend to have multiple monitors. The virtual desktop manager will only allow me to view up to 4 desktops on 1 single monitor. I already have a 2 monitor setup, so that does me no good. Here's a specific example: I have a CRT as monitor #1, and a TV as monitor #2. I want to be able to watch my recorded episodes of House (FOX, Tuesdays @ 9:00pm) on my much larger TV instead of my whimpy monitor. With nView I just hit the particular hotkeys and WMP went straight over to the TV. That's what I'm looking for.

I would just go grab nView, but it only comes bundled with the nvidia drivers, and the drivers will only install if you have an nvidia graphics card.
Nevermind, got it. ATI offers a similar product, but as a separate download.
