On a IBM think pad I get "WINDOWS\System32\l_Intl.nls is missing or corrupt" message on boot. It says to put the system disk in (XP home) and hit repair. This is one of those models that has either the cd or floopy drive in at one time.  I found the file in another laptop but couln't figure any way to copy it in with only one drive anyway.  Got any detailed ideas?  Thanks.
