How to put byte in different places in memory?

What I'm trying to do is to put 1GB of bytes in the memory when running my C++ application.. what I want is not to put them all at the same time.. or not to put them all together.. I want to put them in different places in the memory.. and for that an algorithm will be used.. like to calculate that a byte to be placed here.. and leave 5 spaces in the memory for other bytes.. and then place a byte.. and so.. and then the program will read them using that algorithm..

So for example, if the word "Experts" to be placed in the memory when running the program it needs to be placed "E" in x00004 (example) and the "x" in the x000089" and .... and for reading it, the program will use the same algorithm that is used to generate these bytes in the memory..

Did you get my idea well?

How to do that? and is there any example please?
