Hello,

At the end of the stick trying to remove this nagging virus:
SBS 2003, Exchange 2003 running
Nortons Corporate 10 installed, the virus W32.myTOB.EB@mm quarantined most of them
a user opened up the attachment and now continues to get emails with the annoying titles
coming from support@theirdomain; administrator@theirdomain;
with the updated-password.zip attached

did the removal tool, did the manual removal and I'm stuck - should i try Symantec?  any ideas?
Many thanks ...

Here's the info link to that nasty virus: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.mytob.eb@mm.html
