Windows 2000 Server running SP4 (Domain controller running AD) and Veritas Backup Exec version 9.1 (4691).

Running a backup of all the data on the one C: drive should come to a backup of 58GB on the tape with maybe a little extra for the system state.  The actual backup size grows to about 75GB and then asks for another tape so the system state would appear to be at least 17GB??  Am I missing something here?

The tape is a Sony AIT 50/100GB so I could do with reducing the size somewhat...

Thanks for any help.
