I thought this would be easy but I cant see how to do it.

We have some clients that come to our office and bring their laptops with them.
While they are here they need an external internet connection.
I cannot touch the existing settings for their adapter as it has all sorts of security software attached to it that I would mess up.

What I want to do is to use a second profile that contains our settings with the network adapter in the laptop.
I.e I want to disable their existing settings and use ours instead, by somehow attaching a second profile to the adapter.

Currently I do this by giving them a pcmcia card to plug in and configuring that with our settings, and then connect through that.
But I feel this is a bit clunky, its ok for 1 laptop but if many need this it becomes a clunky solution.

What can I do?
