Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V2020 Keyboard Problems
Hi all,
I have a new (one week old) FS Amilo Pro V2020, running Windows XP/SP2 with all the latest fixes and drivers installed.
After a couple of days of use I found that the volume controls (Fn & F3 [Mute], Fn & F5 (Vol Up), Fn & F6 (Vol down)), have stopped working. I've looked on the Drivers DVD and there are NO keyboard drivers available. The FS website was equally unhelpful, and before I get stranded on the phone for hours, is there any way I can get these keys to work??
It's not critical - just really, REALLY annoying!!
Thanks in advance folks, appreciate any help or advice - or indeed alternative options? that you can give!
Cheers,

>> there is no keyboard driver on the DVD << it is normally part of XP. just delete it and reboot, it will reinstall

@rindi - Thanks for the offer, I'm actually well versed in HJT as I run an anti-spyware business. :-)
@nobus - I'll try that, thanks. Will keep you informed!

Thanks to you both - it was something I'd installed, went back onto the manufacturers website and was able to re-install the drivers.
Points split as you both helped!

Thanks. I can't test with another keyboard, the functions are hardcoded.
Have run sfc /scannow as you suggested, it's still running so will advise the results. Interesting little util though, thanks!
I can't delete the driver as there is no keyboard driver on the DVD supplied with the system, and there is also nothing available for download.
@Rindi,
Thanks, I've run HJT as suggested and all that is picked up there is WildTangent, which as I've got WinAmp installed is no surprise. I've uninstalled WT now, so once sfc has finished running I will reboot and see how things are!
