Is it possible to use multiple linked tables as the source of one listbox?

I've linked the following tables in my database in order to provide a quick way of searching for accounts in several locations.  (

What I'd like to do is see the source of the listbox (which is part of a search form I have in place already) be dynamic in a way that it updates automatically if there are any additional records added to the above tables.

In order to get the search box working I created a new table in the database and appended the records from the other tables to it.  That won't work in the long run though.

As always any help is greatly appreciated.
