--. I have obtained an SSL certificate from my hosting provider

--. I have also purchased a hosting plan from the same hosting provider.  The hosting provider supports ASP (and some additional server side techs as well) and SQL Server DB

--. I am mostly done with the content development for my website

--. Now the questions... I would like to secure my website using SSL and also password protecting EVERY page.

Question 1. How do I incorporate / deploy the SSL certificate into my dreamweaver-based web content ?

Question 2. Given this setup, what is the best was to have medium to high level password protection ? I do NOT want to use low level password protection, as I have a lot of high value content. I would be more than happy to buy some additional software or DW extensions; as long as it offers a STRONG level of protection

Thanks,
Pidgy
