How to use the Windows command-line based FTP client to dump a listing of files within subdirectories?

As far as I’ve gotten with a few minutes of researching is: “mdir – c:\dump.txt”.
This shows the names of the subdirectories themselves but I need a full inventory of everything on the server, I’ve thought about trying “dir /s” but this doesn’t appear to be supported.

Yes I know it would be easier to install a full featured FTP client but in this instance that is not an option. Any help much appreciated.
