Microsoft SQL Server

1) CREATE PROCEDURE GetEmployee (@EmpID int) AS
   SET NOCOUNT ON
SELECT * FROM Employee WHERE EmployeeID = @EmpID
GO
In a database, there are three identical tables named Employee: one owned by the dbo, one by A, and the other by B. A creates the a stored procedure(above) and grants B EXECUTE.  Which table is used when B executes the stored procedure?

2)update MyTable
set ColA = ColA + ColB
While executing the above statement, the SQL Server fails due to a power outage when only half of the rows in MyTable are updated.  What happens when the server is brought back up?

3) What effect does the WITH ENCRYPTION clause have on an ALTER TRIGGER statement?
